I wrote to the Premier League bosses before the season resumed to highlight my view that, as a fan and friend of the organisation, I think they've made the wrong decision by printing 'Black Lives Matter' in place of players' names on the back of shirts.
I think this is a political move and I do not think the Premier League should be supporting a movement that has attacked police officers and war memorials. FIFA recently banned the home nations from wearing a poppy on their shirts because it was deemed 'too political'.
I've urged the Premier League to continue supporting movements like 'Kick It Out' instead. Read more here.
